Its time for you to accept challenge number two. I want you to commit to stop looking in your rear view mirror and start focusing on what lies ahead of you. Isnt it refreshing to know that your past doesnt define who you are today? I also want you to commit to saying who you are instead of what you used to be. Write out your affirmations and read them out loud every day until you believe that you are who you say you are.
Make certain that your mirror reflects an object back that is pleasing to your eye such as a picture or floral arrangement. There is not a written law on the size of the mirror but it does look best if it is not larger then the width of the vanity.
The health of our cells clearly shows also in our skins condition. A well-balanced and healthy nutrition is important for the well-being of our skin. There is no single food or nutrient which would make our skin glowing healthy alone. Countless number of vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and other nutrients contribute together to the condition and well-being of our skin. A healthy, balanced diet and nutritional supplements help you to ensure the availability of all the necessary nutrients for the health of the skin.
To begin to live more from the real experience of ourselves rather than from an image of ourselves, we dont have to get rid of mirrors, although living without them for a while can be helpful. We can just realize we are not the body and consciously choose to put our attention on what is looking out of our eyes rather than on what we think other people see when they look at us.
